The research was conducted by using survey method<br>with path analysis in testing hyphotesis. In this research, 106 from 208 teacher of schools<br>selected random sampling. The research was focused on three aspect; communication and<br>dysfunctional conflict toward teachers job satisfaction. The data were collected with<br>questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is concluded that (1)<br>there the positive direct effect of communication toward job satisfaction, (2) there is negative<br>direct effect of dysfunctional conflict toward job satisfaction and (3) there is negative direct<br>effect of communication toward dysfunctional conflict.</p> ER -
